My name is Rick Buffkin and I'm the Internet Sales Director at Beaman Dodge. For those of you who don't know anything about Beaman Dodge or the Beaman Automotive group, I'm going to give you a little insight about our company. Beaman Automotive has been in business here in the Nashville area since 1945. We have 7 different franchises here in this area. Here is a list. Toyota, Scion, Pontiac, GMC, Lincoln, Mercury and Dodge. We also have a Preowned car center as well. So I'm sure your asking yourself what does this mean for me. What this means for you as a customer is that you have options, a ton of options. We strive to be the absolute best at what we do. Beaman Automotive has won the American Business Ethics award and the National Business Ethics award. We are the only automotive dealership to win this award. But anyway thats enough about us because we would not be here without you (our customers). The main reason that I have this blog is for our customers because we value your opinion. I get alot of traffic on our website www.beamandodge.com but I have noticed that alot of customers go to the site but don't call or email about the vehicles they are searching for. Please give me some advice on what you are looking for. It doesn't matter to me how simple or difficult the situation is. Its my job to give you the information thats going to help you make a better educated decision thats going to work best for you and your family. So, Please leave me some comments and let me know what I'm doing right or wrong. Do I need to have more features or tools on the site? Is the website easy to navigate or is it complicated?
